I signed up for yoga classes at a center near my home. For my first ever class I took hot yoga. The thermostat was set between 108-110 degrees Fahrenheit (3-6 degrees warmer than most other hot yoga places) and the class was 90 minutes (an hour and a half).

I think I must have overdone myself yesterday. It felt amazing when I was doing it, but right now I'm in so much pain it's not even funny. Muscle tension is not fun, especially when it's the whole body cramping up.

You guys should all take yoga though. It's really relaxing. The only thing is, I'm crazy flexible but there were older people who were even more flexible than me xD Talk about intimidating.

It was still fun though. I can't wait 'til next weekend. I'm gonna take yoga flow on Saturday, and on Sunday hot yoga. And then after that, I'm gonna start going Mondays, [maybe] Wednesdays, Saturday mornings (or their afternoon class), and Sunday mornings (or afternoon). For weekends, I've decided that if I take morning classes on Saturday, I'll take afternoon classes on Sunday, and vice versa.
